Before you write
Most issues clear up after a quick check:
- Make sure you're on the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.
- Restart the app (force-quit, then re-open).
- Check that Location permissions are set to "Always" or "While Using" — LandRush needs GPS to track your movement.
- If territory isn't being captured, make sure you're closing a complete loop and walking at a normal pace.
What to include in a bug report
- Your device model and OS version (e.g. "Samsung S24, Android 16").
- LandRush version (shown at the bottom of the Profile page).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if possible.
