Terms of use
Block Shift is developed by Gökhan Oğuz (Oguz Games). These terms describe use of the game and authorized private tests. They do not replace mandatory consumer rights or announce availability before the applicable app store has approved a release.
Using the game
You may install the game from an authorized distribution channel on a device you own or are permitted to use and play it for personal use. Do not redistribute private test builds, misrepresent yourself as the developer, or interfere with the game or its services. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law expressly gives you.
Availability and progress
Store availability depends on review, rollout, region and device compatibility. Game progress is stored locally; uninstalling, clearing storage or confirming a reset may remove it. We do not operate a game-progress sync service. Ask for help before discarding progress you want to keep. Private test builds may contain additional defects or experimental features.
The Android release uses Google Play age checks as described in the Privacy Policy. A known verification requirement or an unreadable saved check may need recovery before gameplay can continue. Google handles its own sharing and verification process; Block Shift does not request identity documents in the game.
iOS build 30 uses Apple's system age checks on supported versions. A known required check or unreadable saved state may need recovery before gameplay can continue, including when an older OS cannot complete it. Apple handles its own account and sharing process; the game does not collect identity documents or infer adult status from an unavailable result. Availability depends on App Store review, rollout, device and region.
Purchases and ads
Android build 28 and iOS build 30 have no ads or purchase offers. Any future advertising or purchase features will be described before introduction, with applicable store notices and approval handling. This is not a promise that every future version will remain ad-free. Older local-demo and RevenueCat Test Store transactions were simulations and do not create a real paid entitlement.
Platform billing tests, when offered, require the designated test account and test payment method. A test track by itself does not guarantee free transactions. Cancel any checkout that unexpectedly offers real payment. Store purchase, cancellation and refund rules apply to actual platform transactions; do not assume simulated purchases will transfer to another mode or platform.
Original work and third-party software
The game's original code, artwork, audio and text belong to the developer or their respective licensors. Open-source notices are available through the in-app Build & feedback licenses screen. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
Your rights and feedback
You can stop using the game or participating in a test at any time. Please report defects through Support, including enough information to reproduce them but no unnecessary sensitive data. The Privacy Policy explains how local data, Play age checks, older test services and support communications are handled.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable app-store terms also apply when you obtain the game through a store.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the game changes. Material changes will be communicated before introduction, including applicable store notices and approval handling. Questions can be sent to m.gokhanoguz2@gmail.com.
