Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using Forgotten Script ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Forgotten Script is a single-player puzzle game developed by Gökhan Oğuz. The App is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Features, content, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
The App can be used without an account. If you choose to sign in (via Apple, Google, or anonymous authentication), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or impersonate another person.
The App offers a single non-consumable In-App Purchase ("Forgotten Script Pro") through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are processed by and subject to the terms of the respective store. Refund requests must be directed to the store where the purchase was made.
Forgotten Script Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase. It does not auto-renew and there are no recurring charges.
If you participate in leaderboards, your display name and scores are visible to other users. You must not use a display name that is offensive, misleading, or infringes another person's rights. We reserve the right to remove or reset display names that violate this rule.

Violation of these terms may result in removal of your scores, suspension of cloud features, or deletion of your account.
All content in the App — including but not limited to code, art, glyph designs, inscriptions, and UI — is the intellectual property of Gökhan Oğuz or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). This permanently removes your cloud data, leaderboard entries, and authentication record. This action cannot be undone.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
