Deckstiny
A roguelike deckbuilder with elemental Resonance & Fusion.
Now on the App Store and Google PlayAscend the Shattered Spire one floor at a time. Build a deck from scratch each run, weave four elements into resonant chains, and switch elements at the perfect moment to trigger devastating fusion combos. Every run is different. Every choice matters. Die and start over with new knowledge.
What makes it different
Resonance
Play same-element cards in sequence to build stacking power — up to +100% damage and block. Spend it on an empowered play when it matters most.
Fusion
Switch elements at the right moment to trigger combo effects — Steam Blast, Void Strike, Storm Front, and three more. Six fusions, six identities.
Element channeling
Cards that let you sculpt your hand. Elemental strategy is deliberate, not luck-of-the-draw.
Run variety
Four heroes, branching maps, narrative events, an ascension ladder, and a daily challenge with a globally seeded run.
How a run plays
Choose your hero
Four heroes at launch, each with a unique starting deck and elemental identity. Your hero's primary element gets +30% damage, secondary +15% — so the same card plays differently in different hands.
Combat that rewards reading the room
Hand-drawn cards, clear intents, and a Resonance counter that builds as you commit to an element. Every turn is a question: keep stacking, or switch and fuse?
Branching maps, branching choices
Pick your path through fights, elites, shops, rest sites, and events. The route you skip is the route someone else is taking on the daily seed.
Build your deck, fight by fight
Win a fight, pick a card. Visit a shop, buy a relic. Decide what your run is about — elemental purity, brutal poison damage, a bottomless block wall — one choice at a time.
Then the boss
Each act ends with a boss who punishes weak strategies and rewards the run you actually built. Floor 3 is the Apex — and only the full game gets you there.
The four elements
Fire piles on burn and pressure. Ice freezes and walls up. Lightning chains and surges. Shadow weakens and exhausts. Same-element streaks build Resonance for an empowered hit; switching elements detonates a Fusion combo. Six fusions in total — Steam Blast, Voidfire, Storm Front, Frostbolt, Eclipse, Tempest — each with its own personality.

Frequently asked
How much does it cost?
Deckstiny is free to download and free to try through the end of Floor 1. The full game — two more floors, the Apex boss, every hero, the full card collection, and future content drops — unlocks with a one-time $6.99 purchase called the Spire Pass. No ads. No subscription. No microtransactions inside.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The full game runs offline. The only online feature is the optional Daily Challenge leaderboard, and even that fails gracefully — if it can't reach the server, you still get to play your daily run.
Do I need an account?
No account, no sign-up, no email required. Submitting a Daily Challenge score lets you pick a display name on the spot, and that's the entire identity system.
Is there pay-to-win or any gacha?
No and no. Every card, every relic, and every hero unlocks through the one-time Spire Pass — there is nothing else to buy, ever. The game is built to be finished, not farmed.
What about ads?
There are no ads anywhere in Deckstiny — not in the free trial, not in the full game, not on the loading screen. The price of the Spire Pass is the entire business model.
Is my data tracked?
No advertising tracking, no analytics SDK, no third-party trackers. The game uses Crashlytics in the release build to report crashes (so they can actually be fixed), and the Daily Challenge leaderboard stores only the display name you choose and the score for that day. Full details on the Privacy page.
How long is a run?
A full three-floor run lands somewhere in the 25–40 minute range, with each floor sitting around the 10-minute mark. There's also a Quick Run mode designed for ~10-minute sessions when that's all you've got.
When will it actually launch?
It's already out — grab it from the App Store or Google Play.
